Senior SAP FICO Consultant for S/4HANA

About this Key Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Specialist with in-depth expertise in financial accounting and controlling (FICO) modules, including at least one of the following: sales and distribution (SD), materials management (MM), production planning (PP), or plant maintenance (PM).

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and configuring S/4HANA solutions, managing projects from start to finish, and working with ABAP and SAP BASIS teams.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide expert-level support and guidance in FICO and additional modules.
  • Analyze and evaluate existing financial processes and systems.
  • Configure and customize FICO within an S/4HANA environment.
  • Manage data migration and integration tasks across systems.
  • Conduct comprehensive system testing and validation.
  • Deliver user training and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
  • Lead and manage project lifecycles, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored SAP solutions.
  • Customize and implement SAP solutions to meet business-specific needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10–12 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and implementation.
  • Deep expertise in S/4HANA, specifically within FICO modules.
  • Familiarity or proficiency in additional modules: SD, MM, PP, PM, WM, and HCM.
  • Familiarity with ABAP and SAP BASIS is beneficial.
  • An excellent command of written and verbal English.
  • The ability to explain complex technical concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A proven record of successfully leading SAP implementations.
  • The ability to work independently and collaborate in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
