Job Description:

Abacus is looking for a highly motivated and organized Medical Biller to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical billing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create/Renew subscriptions and process invoices.
  • Process credit memos and adjustments to customer accounts as needed.
  • Maintain and track accounts for timely invoicing.
  • Resolve customer billing issues across cases, email, and internal escalation channels.
  • Assist internal teams by providing billing-related information.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Pharm D, Accounting, or related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Accounts, Medical Billing, Client Success, AR, or Collections.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing comprehension skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships through effective and timely communication.
