Role Overview:

We're seeking a Freelance Graphic Designer to support our marketing and growth teams in creating performance-driven design assets that enhance engagement and drive revenue.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4+ years' experience in graphic design, a strong portfolio with marketing and conversion-focused design, and a collaborative mindset. They should also be deadline-driven, detail-oriented, and understand the impact of performance-based visuals on marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities include designing static assets for ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), creating visuals for email marketing, and optimizing visuals for mobile and social platforms.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design static assets for ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Create visuals for email marketing (banners, CTAs, product graphics)
  • Design visuals for blog content, landing pages, and gated assets
  • Produce branded infographics, explainers, website banners, and newsletters
  • Edit and repurpose content into short-form videos (Reels, UGC, etc.)
  • Optimize visuals for mobile and social platforms
  • Maintain consistency in branding, layout, and visual hierarchy

Tools & Platforms:

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Figma for collaborative workflows

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with A/B testing and creative iteration
  • Knowledge of digital funnels and landing page optimization
  • Ability to use performance data to refine visual strategy

Skill Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience with Figma for collaborative workflows
  • Strong portfolio with marketing and conversion-focused design
  • Understanding of performance-based visuals and marketing impact
