Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Billing Closer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our revenue cycle management team, you will play a vital role in finalizing billing processes, resolving outstanding claims, and ensuring timely reimbursements from payers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend client meetings and finalize onboarding processes with precision and urgency.
  • Follow up on unpaid claims with insurance companies via phone, email, or portal.
  • Resolve denied or rejected claims by reviewing EOBs and resubmitting corrected claims.
  • Communicate effectively with insurance representatives and internal billing teams to expedite closures.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all follow-up activity in billing software.
  • Analyze A/R reports and prioritize high-value or aging claims for resolution.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for claim resolution and collections.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in U.S. medical billing (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, modifiers, and claim life cycle.
  • Experience with client onboarding & denial management and AR follow-up.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in verbal English.
  • Proficiency in billing software (e.g., Kareo, AdvancedMD, OfficeAlly, etc.).
