Technical Director Position

This role involves overseeing the development of high-quality web applications using expertise in modern web technologies and proven leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in team leadership and project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time.

The successful Technical Director will spearhead the end-to-end development of scalable web applications, focusing on maintainability, performance, and user experience. They will be responsible for architecting cloud-native solutions using AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, and ECS, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

As a seasoned leader, you will mentor team members, establish efficient development processes, and contribute to organizational growth. You will also collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical decisions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development of high-quality web applications, utilizing expertise in modern web technologies and proven leadership skills.
  • Architect cloud-native solutions using AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, and ECS, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs and web architectures, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  • Mentor team members, conduct performance evaluations, and set growth objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, and Node.js.
  • Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
  • Hands-on expertise with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, APIGateway, S3, CloudFormation).
  • Proven track record of leading development teams and delivering projects on time.
  • Strong grasp of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code.
