We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation and Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a proven background in software sales, and the ability to identify and generate high-quality leads.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and build a robust database of leads.
  2. Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients through cold calls, focusing on building rapport and understanding client needs.
  3. Qualify leads by matching them to our solutions, ensuring a strong fit between clients and products.
  4. Schedule appointments and arrange product demonstrations for the sales team, showcasing our capabilities.
  5. Manage and update CRM systems to track progress, maintaining accurate records and insights.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies, aligning efforts for maximum impact.
  7. Provide feedback and insights to refine lead generation processes and strategies, driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and software sales, with a strong track record of success.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
  3. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms, leveraging technology to drive efficiency.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset and a focus on building lasting relationships.
  5. Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  6. Prior experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or SaaS industry is an asset, but not required.
