Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing day-to-day operations of the SOC, including monitoring security alerts, incidents, and events. Key responsibilities include administering and maintaining security monitoring tools, conducting root cause analysis of security incidents, and providing tiered support for security incidents and events.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SIEM, SOC operations, and security monitoring principles. Experience with SIEM administration, including asset integration, parsing, creating correlation rules, custom dashboards, and reports, is also essential.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, are critical for this role. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are also required.

This role requires a proactive approach to staying up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies. The successful candidate will be expected to continuously develop their skills and knowledge to ensure the SOC remains effective and efficient.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. A strong understanding of SIEM, SOC operations, and security monitoring principles is also essential. Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is preferred.

Additionally, experience with SIEM administration, including asset integration, parsing, creating correlation rules, custom dashboards, and reports, is highly valued. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, are critical for this role.
