Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team. As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of our clients. You will work closely with our customers to ensure that their financial needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with accounting software, such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Zoho Books. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Manage financial transactions, including posting entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement accounting procedures and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Analyze and maintain customer account activities, including account balances and transaction histories.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in accounting and finance.
Requirements
  • ACCA/CA track professionals or equivalent qualifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
