Job Title: Yard and Garden Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Yard and Garden Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to landscaping, gardening, and yard maintenance.

  • Assist in maintaining the appearance of outdoor areas by pruning trees and shrubs, as well as transplanting plants when necessary.
  • Edge lawns and ground covers to ensure they remain neat and tidy.
  • Use hand tools such as hoes and rakes to weed and clean outdoor areas.
  • Water lawns, shrubs, ground covers, hedges, and vines according to a predetermined schedule to promote healthy plant growth.
  • Clean pools and fountains as needed to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Perform van duties, including transporting plants, soil, fertilizer, and debris as required.
  • Undertake jungle cutting in flood channels.
  • Work in open areas, often in harsh weather conditions.
  • Be available to work flexible shifts for various assignments, such as transplanting, watering, and fumigation, as directed by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • No formal education is required.
  • One year's relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of trees, shrubs, vines, and ground covers, as well as watering, weeding, and hoeing techniques.
