Architectural Fit-Out Expert Wanted

We are seeking an accomplished Architect to spearhead the delivery of exceptional results in architectural and interior fit-out projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in architectural design, focusing on project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

  • Design and develop architectural plans and models aligned with client specifications, driving innovation and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and consultants to guarantee that project objectives are met, fostering a culture of open communication and mutual support.
  • Conduct thorough site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions, leveraging expertise to drive informed decision-making.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for all phases of design and construction, ensuring clarity and precision throughout the project.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge to drive excellence in project delivery.
Key Qualifications and Skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies as needed.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices, ensuring compliance and best-in-class outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to deliver high-quality results under pressure.
