We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Lead with a strong background in project management and excellent leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines while managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. The Project Lead will lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  2. Track project progress, analyze performance metrics, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders and senior management.

  3. Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.

  4. Promote and implement best practices in project management and transformation initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.

  5. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Excellent data management and data analytics skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
