Project Management Lead

The Project Management Lead plays a crucial role in the successful implementation of projects at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain project plans to ensure timely completion of projects.
  2. Schedule, allocate, and track project activities to meet customer expectations.
  3. Monitor project budget, cost, and quality to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Ensure effective communication with customers, team members, and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
  5. Identify and develop tools, standards, and guidelines suitable for projects in consultation with process teams.
  6. Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  7. Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management methods and techniques.
  • Familiarity with information systems and operating systems.
  • Able to analyze customer business needs and determine implementation project requirements.
  • Able to manage multiple projects, activities, and issues simultaneously.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Able to anticipate problems and initiate corrective action to ensure project success.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BCS/BS in Computer Sciences, B.E in Computer Engineering - MCS/MS in Computer Sciences.
  • PMI Certification is an asset.
