We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media & Paid Ads Specialist to lead our social presence and paid campaigns across multiple platforms.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your expertise in building engaging content, running high-performing Meta ads, and scaling digital strategies for B2C and SaaS audiences.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Social Media Content Calendar Management: Develop and manage the social media content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
  2. Content Creation and Collaboration: Collaborate with designers and leverage AI tools to ideate, plan, and coordinate compelling, on-brand content.
  3. Quality Control: Review and proof all content to maintain quality, tone, and consistency.
  4. Paid Advertising: Launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), including retargeting funnels.
  5. Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign and social performance to refine strategies.
  6. Multibrand Management: Handle multiple accounts/brands with a distinct and consistent voice for each.
  7. Trend Monitoring: Stay current with trends, platform updates, and content formats to propose fresh ideas.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media management and paid advertising (especially Meta)
  • B2C Marketing Understanding: Solid understanding of B2C marketing and/or SaaS audiences
  • Multi-Tasking Ability: Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain high-quality output
  • Aesthetic Sensitivity: Strong eye for content aesthetics, tone, and performance timing
  • Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Buffer, Later, or similar
  • Content Management Systems: Experience working with content management systems
Nice to Have:
  • AI Tool Familiarity: Familiarity with AI tools for content creation or automation
  • TikTok or LinkedIn Ads Experience: Experience running TikTok Ads or LinkedIn Ads
  • Graphic Design Skills: Basic graphic design skills
  • Retargeting Campaign Expertise: Track record of successful retargeting campaigns and ad funnel optimization
