Job Description
  1. Market Research Expertise: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive analysis, and emerging opportunities in the real estate market.
  2. Client Acquisition: Seek out new clients and build a pipeline of potential deals and partnerships.
  3. Business Expansion Strategies: Develop and execute strategies for entering new markets and territories.
  4. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, developers, investors, and other stakeholders.
  5. Networking and Partnerships: Attend networking events, real estate conferences, and industry seminars to establish new relationships and strengthen existing ones.
  6. Client Needs Assessment: Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  7. Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  8. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate qualified leads and drive conversions.
  9. Presentation and Proposal Development: Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients or partners.
  10. Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet revenue and business growth targets.
  11. Market Analysis and Trend Identification: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, pricing, and demand within target markets.
  12. Competitive Landscape Evaluation: Evaluate the competitive landscape to create strategies for differentiating the company's offerings.
  13. Investment and ROI Analysis: Analyze potential investments, real estate opportunities, and return on investment (ROI) calculations.
  14. Partnership and Alliance Development: Foster relationships with property owners, developers, contractors, and other key business partners to facilitate new projects or joint ventures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Business Development Experience: Proven skills in Business Development and Lead Generation.
  2. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong Communication skills and excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  3. Industry Knowledge and Education: Experience in sales and banking; understanding of business processes and strategy; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
