About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Group Head to lead our creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving creativity, innovation, and excellence in all aspects of our work.

  • Develop junior members of the team by providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Drive creativity and innovation across all disciplines to deliver high-quality, effective, and engaging solutions.
  • Lead internal creative competitions to foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies with the core team to meet client goals.
  • Coordinate with the creative director and resource manager to assign team members to projects and manage project progress.
  • Maintain awareness of project status and deliverables to ensure timely completion and high-quality output.
  • Facilitate communication between the account creative team and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Participate in inter-departmental and cross-service line communications to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Manage, prepare, and present new business development and project presentations to showcase our capabilities and expertise.
  • Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our creative discipline workflows to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and excellence.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong creative vision and ability to execute high-quality integrated interactive communications against strategic business objectives.
  • Expertise in graphic design and mastery of project concept creation, site architecture, user-interface specification, functionality specification, and interactive design.
  • Successful experience working with and selling to clients, as well as the ability to direct creative teams.
  • Strong time management and creative resource management capabilities, as well as the ability to direct and multi-task effectively under pressure.
