Software Development Sales Executive

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development sales, an understanding of technology trends, and the ability to forge long-lasting relationships with international clients.

This role is pivotal in driving the acquisition of software development projects from global clients, with a particular focus on the USA market.

  • Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients in the software development space, particularly in the USA, and develop strategies to engage and convert them into long-term partners.
  • Market Research: Conduct detailed market research to stay abreast of trends and changes within the global software development market, with a focus on the needs and challenges of US-based clients.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with company goals and client needs, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to facilitate successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Proposal Development: Craft tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts that are beneficial and sustainable for both parties.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Software Development Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing and executing effective sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the IT and software development industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of the software development industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proven ability to develop and execute business development strategies, experience dealing with international clients, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
