As a highly skilled Software Architect, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex software systems. This role requires a strong leader who can demonstrate deep practical engineering knowledge and have a proven track record for timely project delivery and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-disciplinary streams to achieve technological and business vision
  • Harness insight into technology and collaborate with Product Managers to make products that enrich the lives of users

Requirements:
  • Gather an up-to-date and in-depth understanding of technologies and industry trends
  • Provide and share broad knowledge of technologies and architectures and function as a mentor within the scope of your product stream
  • Collaborate with other Leads and Seniors to ensure high-quality software delivery
  • Promote companywide coding standards, guidelines, and best practices
  • Demonstrate technical leadership and mentorship by setting challenging but realistic goals and guiding team efforts towards successful project delivery
  • Impact on the direction and scope of technical vision within your stream
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Infrastructure, Design, UX, CLM, and Strategy to deliver high-quality products
  • Hire A-players to build High Performing Teams
  • Owning business KPIs as a conduit to your Product team and business functions
  • Be accountable for technical direction while ensuring daily decisions align with the company vision and direction
  • Coach individuals in the team to become the next wave of technical leaders
