Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven business development executive to generate leads and close deals through freelance platforms such as Fiverr, LinkedIn, and Upwork.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to identify and seize new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and convert potential clients on platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn
  • Create and manage compelling proposals and gig listings that highlight our service offerings
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally to build strong relationships
  • Work closely with the technical team to understand service capabilities and align them with client requirements
  • Generate leads and follow up to convert them into long-term business relationships
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to refine outreach strategies and increase conversion rates
  • Maintain and optimize profiles on freelance platforms to improve visibility and client engagement
  • Conduct market research to explore new niches and trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the tech industry
  • Demonstrated success on freelancing platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal)
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycles, digital services, and client needs
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus
