Growth and Revenue Strategist

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team and drive growth at our expanding IT company.
About the RoleAS A KEY MEMBER OF OUR SALES TEAM, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and other means, and develop a targeted approach to engage them.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base, leveraging industry insights and market analysis.
- Client Acquisition: Convert leads into clients by presenting our services and capabilities, highlighting the value proposition of our solutions, and addressing client needs and concerns.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service, communication, and follow-up.
- Sales Process: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery, and making adjustments as needed to improve results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the founding team and future hires to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives, and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, adjusting sales strategies accordingly and staying ahead of the competition.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT services sector, with a strong track record of achievement and a proven ability to drive growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex tech solutions to non-technical clients.
- A self-starter with a strong drive to succeed and the ability to work independently, taking initiative and ownership of tasks and projects.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and sales tracking software, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- The ability to think strategically and make informed decisions, leveraging data and industry insights to drive business growth.
