We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team and drive growth at our expanding IT company.

About the Role

AS A KEY MEMBER OF OUR SALES TEAM, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and other means, and develop a targeted approach to engage them.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base, leveraging industry insights and market analysis.
  3. Client Acquisition: Convert leads into clients by presenting our services and capabilities, highlighting the value proposition of our solutions, and addressing client needs and concerns.
  4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service, communication, and follow-up.
  5. Sales Process: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery, and making adjustments as needed to improve results.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the founding team and future hires to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives, and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.
  7. Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, adjusting sales strategies accordingly and staying ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
  1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT services sector, with a strong track record of achievement and a proven ability to drive growth.
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex tech solutions to non-technical clients.
  3. A self-starter with a strong drive to succeed and the ability to work independently, taking initiative and ownership of tasks and projects.
  4. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
  5. Comfortable using CRM tools and sales tracking software, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  6. The ability to think strategically and make informed decisions, leveraging data and industry insights to drive business growth.
