Ecommerce Onboarding Specialist

The Ecommerce Onboarding Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of products into our online store. This position requires collaboration with various teams to guarantee a cohesive shopping experience and alignment with our merchandising and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding process for products into Product Information Management (PIM) systems, ensuring a smooth transition from planning to execution by product categories and internal product groupings.
  • Develop and maintain sales catalogs that align with seasonal floor sets, resulting in a unified shopping experience.

Cultivating High-Quality Product Content

  • Foster relationships with copywriters and photo studios to collect and track high-quality product content, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all marketing channels.

Investigating and Resolving Product-Related Issues

  • Proactively investigate and resolve any product-related issues that may arise, such as customer service, distribution, or quality concerns.

Maintaining Product Accuracy and Availability

  • Verify product details, including images, titles, prices, colors, etc., to ensure accurate representation on the website.
  • Regularly monitor product availability and address any discrepancies or issues promptly.

  • Effective Communication: Develop strong relationships with different levels of management, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive collaborative results.
  • Organizational Excellence: Possess highly organized skills, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing projects effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • Technical Proficiency: Possess a strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to navigate e-commerce platforms and systems effectively.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 3 years of work experience in e-commerce or omni-channel retail roles, with a proven track record of success.
