Job Title: Scalable Backend Engineer
About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scalable Backend Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing large-scale web applications, APIs, and databases that support our mission-critical EHR system.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in backend development with experience in Java or Node.js, as well as a solid understanding of database design and development with MongoDB.
The ideal candidate will also have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work under pressure, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop scalable and maintainable solutions in collaboration with front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure code quality through continuous integration and deployment.
- Have experience in developing XML/JSON-based web services and designing robust, easily consumed APIs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in backend development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in backend development, with strong experience in Java or Node.js.
- Strong experience in database design and development with MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of data security and privacy regulations such as HIPAA.
