Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager (Design)

Main Responsibilities

  • CAD drawing in accordance with design of parts, tooling, jigs and fixtures.
  • Preparing prints of drawings for issuance to concerned sections or departments.
  • Maintaining records of drawings, design aided data and technical information.
  • Assigning areas and responsibilities to subordinates, monitoring their performance and providing guidance as necessary.
  • Clarifying departmental objectives and ensuring they align with company goals.
  • Promoting constructive discipline and working harmony within the department.
  • Communicating management instructions and policies to staff members.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations within the department.
  • Maintaining liaison with other departments for smooth functioning.
  • Providing training to personnel within the department.
Job Specification

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Mechanical Engineering degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Sound knowledge of manufacturing engineering and auto parts production.
  • Experience in design and development of dies, tools, jigs and fixtures.
