Job Description: Administrative Manager

This role involves overseeing the administrative functions of our office, including managing the front desk, coordinating meetings and events, and supervising administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure the smooth operation of the front office, including receiving visitors, handling phone calls, and managing mail.
  2. Coordinate office moves, renovations, and other logistics projects.
  3. Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  4. Provide support to senior management and other teams as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
