Job Description

The role of Office Manager is a key position that oversees the overall front office activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. This involves managing the reception area, handling mail and communications, coordinating office services, and supervising administrative staff.

Responsibilities
  1. Direct and coordinate front office operations, including the reception area, mail, and facilities management.
  2. Arrange internal office moves and provide logistical support for office meetings.
  3. Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications, maintaining a professional image.
  4. Supervise and coordinate overall administrative activities, including staff supervision.
  5. Oversee the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, as well as layout, arrangement, and housekeeping of office facilities.
  6. Purchase office supplies and furniture, office equipment, and housekeeping items in accordance with company policies and budgetary restrictions.
  7. Negotiate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met, and manage cash payments from clients for facility usage.
