
E-commerce Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly analytical E-commerce Growth Strategist to drive revenue growth initiatives across all platforms. This individual will analyze sales performance, create data-driven strategies, and lead cross-departmental projects to turn those strategies into reality.
This role involves analyzing sales data, identifying trends, top-selling products, underperforming categories, and new growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in e-commerce sales analysis, funnel optimization, and data interpretation.
The successful candidate will develop comprehensive, data-driven sales plans with clear objectives and ROI forecasts. They will also lead the execution of growth strategies by coordinating with Heads of E-commerce, Marketing, and R&D.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in e-commerce, sales.
- Proven expertise in e-commerce sales analysis, funnel optimization, and data interpretation.
- Strategic thinking: ability to create comprehensive, data-driven sales plans with clear objectives and ROI forecasts.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong experience in leading cross-functional projects and influencing other departments towards a common goal.
- E-commerce Acumen: A deep understanding of how to grow sales on major e-commerce platforms.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is required. An MBA is highly preferred.

- Sales Forecasting: Create and manage sales forecasts and set performance targets for the company's sales channels.
- Report to Leadership: Present analysis, strategic plans, and performance results directly to the General Manager.
