The role of Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer is a critical one, requiring a strong focus on delivering high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the QA process for web and mobile applications, ensuring accurate and reliable deliverables.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test cases using modern tools such as Cypress and Playwright.
  • Drive the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including requirement analysis, test planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, designers, and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure product quality.
  • Implement continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines for faster feedback and product delivery.
  • Own and enhance the test strategy for multiple products, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
  • Conduct performance, regression, and integration testing across different platforms.
  • Identify and resolve bugs, analyze failures, and improve test reliability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in QA Automation for web and mobile applications.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end ownership of product testing and collaborating with stakeholders (product managers, designers, and developers).
  • Strong expertise in modern automation frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD) and integrating automated tests.
  • Strong understanding of API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience in performance testing and load testing tools (JMeter, k6, etc.).
  • Expertise in bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
  • Ability to design and implement test strategies, define test cases, and ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
