Consultant Specialist Job Description

This role involves providing comprehensive support services to BI areas, including contact center telephony reporting tools. You will be responsible for resolving live incidents and managing post-resolution problems.

You will work closely with stakeholders worldwide, collaborating on various activities such as testing new implementations, reviewing processes, and driving project delivery at CCI.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Provide full scope of Production Support service in BI areas.
  3. Identify root causes of major system problems.
  4. Install and upgrade components on Contact Center Infrastructure MI.
  5. Support various testing activities related to new implementations.
  6. Work closely with stakeholders located worldwide.
  7. Review, design, and re-engineer processes with new technologies.
  8. Design and drive the implementation of service offerings, capability uplifts, and process improvements.
  9. Engage with the front door team and drive projects at CCI.
  10. Hold hands-on experience with Linux/Unix/Windows platforms, working knowledge of RDBMS (preferably Oracle & SQL Server).
  11. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  12. Be able to handle on-call duties on weekends and work on shifts.
  13. Experience working in an agile environment and working knowledge of cloud fundamentals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess a solid foundation in technical expertise, with hands-on experience in Linux/Unix/Windows platforms, RDBMS (Oracle & SQL Server), and Agile methodologies.

Effective communication skills are crucial, as you will work closely with international stakeholders and engage with cross-functional teams.
