Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Solar Power Specialist to drive our solar installation operations forward.
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing solar panels and PV systems in accordance with industry standards, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Assemble and install solar panels and standard frames as required.
Install electrical components, equipment, or systems in compliance with safety regulations.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on photovoltaic (PV) systems, including panel cleaning and system checks.
Compile and maintain records of system operation, performance, and maintenance.
Supervise large-scale installations and ensure timely completion.
Qualifications include technical courses or diplomas related to electrical or solar installations, along with 2-3 years of experience in solar system installation and practical experience with multiple installations.
Required Skills:Strong knowledge of electrical systems and solar panel technology.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Physical stamina to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
