Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to deliver intuitive, user-centered designs that elevate the user experience across web and mobile platforms.

About this Role:

  • As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with frontend developers, project managers, and clients to ensure designs meet business goals and delight users.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and market trends to inform design decisions.
  • Create user personas, user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and digital products.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
  • Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and communicate design ideas.
  • Conduct usability testing and collect feedback to improve user experiences.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI libraries.
  • Ensure that all designs meet accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

You'll be Great at This Job If:

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • You have 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a digital agency or tech company.
  • You are proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
  • You have a strong understanding of UX principles, human-centered design, and interaction design.
  • You have solid experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
  • You have basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and an understanding of frontend development.
  • You have excellent visual design skills with a strong portfolio of past UI/UX projects.
  • You are able to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • You have great communication skills and a strong team player attitude.
