Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our warehouse operations in maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring efficient inventory management, and adhering to quality control standards.

About the Role

  • Assist with Stock Receipts: Collaborate with the warehouse team to obtain and verify stock according to receipts, delivery notes, or pick slips.
  • Update Inventory Records: Ensure that stock levels are accurately updated in the system to reflect physical inventory counts.
  • Maintain Daily Schedules and Ledgers: Assist in maintaining daily schedules and ledgers to track inventory movements and transactions.
  • Support Stock Transfer Processes: Help maintain stock transfer records to ensure seamless inventory management.
  • Dispatch Stock Requests: Assist in dispatching stock requests based on demand summaries.
  • Receive and Inspect Stock Arrivals: Collaborate with the warehouse team to receive and inspect incoming stock, confirming its arrival and condition.
  • Finalize Reports and Returns: Assist in checking, guaranteeing, and accommodating final reports for returned stock.
  • Quality and Compliance Coordination: Coordinate with the quality and compliance team regarding QMS (Quality Management System) and GDP (Good Distribution Practices).
  • Cash Summary and Accounts: Assist in checking the cash summary of returned stock and ensure its conveyance to the accounts division.
  • Compliance with SOPs: Comply with warehouse standard operating procedures at all times.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training other team members to maintain a high level of inventory management expertise.
  • Expired Stock Management: Ensure that expired stock is stored separately to prevent contamination or damage.
  • Convenient Stock Taking: Assist in conducting convenient stock takes at the warehouse.
  • Additional Tasks: Comply with additional tasks given by management as secondary tasks or instructions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stock Management: Assist in managing stock levels, tracking inventory movements, and monitoring stock conditions.
  • Warehouse Operations: Support the warehouse team in maintaining efficient warehouse operations, adhering to quality control standards, and ensuring compliance with SOPs.
