Job Overview

The Team Lead Customer Services will oversee the Call Center and Delivery Riders team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
