
Customer Service Excellence Lead

Job Overview:
The Customer Service Excellence Lead is responsible for managing the Call Center and Delivery Riders teams to deliver exceptional customer service. This includes ensuring compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Home Delivery department, driving sales targets in accordance with agreed plans, and handling inbound home delivery requests, customer queries, and complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze team performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer service quality.
- Sales Development: Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and issue resolution.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
