Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.

  • Development & Customization: Create and customize Salesforce applications, modules and components using various tools and technologies such as Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications to enhance business processes and improve data management.
  • Apex Development: Utilize Apex programming language to build complex business logic and automate tasks within Salesforce.
  • LWC Development: Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) for responsive user interfaces and improve overall user experience.
  • Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit testing of solutions and deploy to production environments ensuring high-quality and reliability.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and provide timely support to stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation for development processes and ensure knowledge sharing among team members.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions that meet business needs.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.
  • Salesforce Developer Certification (Salesforce Platform Developer I), Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Architect certifications.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce development, customization and integration.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange and third-party integrations.
  • Understanding of data modeling and management within Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Custom Objects and Fields, Trigger development.
