As a skilled Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through the design, development, and implementation of customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Application Development: Create and customize Salesforce applications, modules, and components to meet business requirements.
  • Integration & API Management: Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data exchange and API management.
  • Programming & Development: Utilize Apex programming and Visualforce pages for building complex business logic, delivering high-quality code that meets industry standards.
  • Component Development: Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) for responsive user interfaces, providing an exceptional user experience.
  • Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit testing of solutions and efficiently deploy to production environments, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, providing timely support and minimizing business disruption.
  • Documentation & Collaboration: Prepare and maintain technical documentation for development processes, working closely with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in software development principles.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Developer Certification (Salesforce Platform Developer I), demonstrating expertise in Salesforce development and customization.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Custom Objects and Fields, Trigger development, REST/SOAP API integrations.
Desired Skills:
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and extensive experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • DevOps Practices: Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Copado, Gearset).
