We are currently seeking a Finance Administrator to support our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices efficiently and within agreed timeframes
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times and use discretion where necessary
  • Ensure accurate production of invoices meeting client requirements with relevant information
  • Receive and make phone calls as required
  • Provide cover for the department when needed
  • Perform general adhoc tasks
  • Issue statements and reminder letters in accordance with company credit control procedure
  • Collect debt within agreed payment terms
  • Log query details on system for disputed invoices
  • Liaise with relevant departments to resolve queries
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate a confident telephone manner
  • Show good problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Exhibit strong time management skills
  • Foster good relationships with clients
  • Show enthusiasm and resilience
  • Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have solid IT skills and be technologically savvy
  • Show a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Be a team player and able to work independently
  • Display ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity at all times
