Financial Clerk Position

We seek an experienced financial professional to oversee daily transactions, manage vendor relationships, and assist with account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payments, conduct thorough analysis, and resolve discrepancies as needed
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, ensure timely submission to supervisors, and provide regular updates
  • Collaborate with the finance manager to address account-related matters, reconcile accounts as required, and implement efficient internal controls
  • Prepare and dispatch purchase orders and invoices in a timely manner
  • Follow up with customers and vendors regarding pending payments and outstanding balances
Requirements:
  • Proficient English language skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in finance and communication, with exceptional interpersonal skills

Candidates should possess hands-on experience with QuickBooks online and exhibit proficiency in Accounts Reconciliation, Cash Flow Management, Invoice Processing, and MS Excel. A background in ERP is also desirable.
