Job Description:

The role of Financial Operations Associate is crucial in managing the organization's payroll system. This position involves administering all aspects of payroll, including utilizing the payroll system to calculate sales commissions and bonuses.

As a key member of the team, you will maintain accurate payroll records and prepare the payroll summary on a monthly basis. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing sales commissions, salaries, and expenses to determine variances on a monthly basis.

Maintaining accounts payable and entering payroll summaries onto the general ledger monthly are also part of your duties. Effective communication is essential in this role as you will handle inquiries from vendors and provide timely responses.

This opportunity enables you to develop your skills in international accounting and contribute to the success of our organization. You will be responsible for administering payroll utilizing international accounting software such as Peachtree or SAP.
