We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to maintain accurate and up-to-date information within our systems.
Responsibilities- Enter and update data into database systems efficiently, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Verify data for any discrepancies and make necessary corrections.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all data processed.
- Prepare and organize source documents for data entry.
- Retrieve data from various sources and prepare reports as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and resolve any issues.
- Adhere to established procedures and guidelines for data entry and record-keeping.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned.
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) with honors, or Bachelor of Commerce in Information Technology (B.Com IT).
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator for 2-3 years.
- Proficiency in data entry and management software, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
