Job Title: Digital Commerce Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled e-commerce professional to manage our online presence across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Amazon Seller Central and eBay listing tools, as well as strong analytical skills and ability to remove negative reviews.

Responsibilities include managing performance metrics, analyzing market pricing, tracking product trends, meeting sales targets, and optimizing product listings to increase rankings and improve customer engagement.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for configuring products on internal ERP systems, improving brand performance through optimization of reviews, SEO, and pricing strategies, and staying up-to-date with best practices for Amazon sellers and eBay listing methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage performance metrics and create action plans to improve results.
  • Analyze market pricing to inform business decisions and optimize listings.
  • Track product pricing and trends through Keepa Analysis.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets to drive growth and profitability.
  • Influence product design, content, and attributes to enhance customer engagement.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of product sales and promotion on Amazon and eBay.
  • Monitor account health and metrics, proactively addressing any issues that arise.
  • Manage inventory levels across seller central and internal ERP systems.
  • Optimize product listings to increase rankings and improve customer engagement.
  • Configure products on internal ERP systems and eBay listings.
  • Improve brand performance by optimizing reviews, SEO, and pricing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices for Amazon sellers and eBay listing methods.
  • Conduct keyword research and provide ideas for improving Linnworks Inventory system.
  • Manage product images and merchandising across both platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon return policy and address any product complaints.
Technical Requirements
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central Account Management and eBay listing tools.
  • Knowledge of Amazon FBA and FBM, as well as eBay listing methods.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to remove negative reviews.
  • Familiarity with HTML, photo editing, and laptop/desktop hardware knowledge.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Able to develop constructive working relationships with colleagues and adapt to changing business needs.
