Nutraceutical operations require a detail-oriented Assistant Manager of E-Commerce to oversee and support the execution of e-commerce strategies.

About the Role

In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing & design, media buying, and customer support, to ensure alignment of goals and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a vital link between various departments (e-commerce, marketing & design, customer support, etc.) to drive seamless communication across teams.
  • Support media buying efforts to optimize advertising strategies and track ROI for digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Support the team with data analysis, reporting, and insights to guide e-commerce strategies, making recommendations based on performance metrics and trends.
  • Assist in the management of all aspects of e-commerce operations, ensuring timely and effective resolutions of operational challenges.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and media buying practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), E-Commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), and data analysis tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.
