Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert guidance on HR-related matters, ensuring timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries.
- Assist with global payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records in HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems, as well as internal employee databases.
- Support employees throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to termination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR processes and tools.
- 2-5 years of experience in a People Operations role, with a strong understanding of local payroll policies and laws.
- Experience working in a global or multinational organization is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Workday HCM and Report Writer is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and organized approach.
