
IT Strategic Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Information Technology (IT), to manage and execute IT systems and infrastructure within the organization.
You will develop the IT strategy aligned with the organization's overall IT goals, considering future growth and technological innovation.
You will manage relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring an effective IT customer experience by identifying business needs and leading improvements.
You will oversee the delivery of IT solutions, projects, and services to assigned business units in a timely and cost-effective manner.
In This Role, You Will- Establish a cost-effective IT strategy over 3-5 years to support the business strategy, integrating it with assigned business units for optimal alignment.
- Serve as the single point of accountability for all IT matters related to the business units, maintaining effective relationships with senior managers and influencing strategic IT investment decisions.
- Promote collaboration within the IT department, fostering a customer-centric culture and managing partner relationships, risk, service, and architecture.
- Ensure the delivery of the IT work program, projects, and services within agreed cost and timeframes, meeting industry standards and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the IT budget, aligning it with business needs and strategic goals, and negotiate the annual work program with stakeholders.
- Prioritize safety and security in station operations as fundamental operational priorities.
- Maintain an understanding of business and systems, identifying areas for business performance improvement and IT-driven innovation.
- Work with service management and suppliers to optimize relationships, deliver services, and plan budgets.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of management experience, with senior-level IT experience, preferably in a customer delivery environment.
- Experience leading the delivery of business IT solutions, ideally in travel & transportation, with multinational and multicultural exposure.
- Proficiency in strategy, planning, service delivery, business change, and relationship management.
