Environmental Service Specialist Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and maintaining various spaces including homes, offices, and commercial buildings. This position requires the ability to work independently and efficiently, with good communication skills.

  • Clean and maintain designated areas according to company standards
  • Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
  • Restock supplies and notify management when supplies are low
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning equipment and report any damages or malfunctions
  • Follow safety procedures and regulations while handling cleaning chemicals
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to management
Requirements

- Previous experience in cleaning preferred

- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 pounds

- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
