Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and needs.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the client services team, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project status, performance metrics, and client feedback, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development and support the preparation of proposals and pitches.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and client markets to offer valuable insights and recommendations.

Requirements

">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the Internet Publishing industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
