Job Title: IT Manager And IT Head

Summary of Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT projects, providing guidance and support to the applications development team, and ensuring the uptime of the technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT projects to ensure they are implemented in line with business needs and goals.
  • Prioritize IT projects to deliver maximum value to the business.
  • Deliver IT projects within predefined time, quality, and cost targets.
  • Carry out IT projects using third-party or packaged applications where practical.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years' experience in IT project management, including management reporting and budgetary responsibility.
  • Minimum three years' experience managing a team of IT support personnel.
  • Prior hands-on experience of SOX compliance.
  • Prior hands-on experience with software technologies used to underpin our IT environment, including Microsoft Windows 2003/XP, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft SQL, TCP/IP, DHCP, Symantec Vertias, and Lotus Domino.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience developing and supporting media research, planning, buying, and administration applications.
  • Conceptual understanding of software development life cycle, cabling systems, web technologies, and wide area networking technologies.
  • Certification in Microsoft operating system and networking products or equivalent hands-on experience.
