Sales Growth Specialist

This position is ideal for an individual with a strong foundation in marketing and sales. A master's degree in marketing can provide the necessary skills to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- The primary responsibility of this role is to promote licensing products to assigned verticals, taking into account client needs to drive sales growth.
- Maintaining accurate records of quotations, sales, and activity reports through CRM/Excel is essential for submission purposes.
- Identifying new clients, setting up meetings, and working towards contract signing are key objectives in this role.
- Implementing and maintaining competence with the business plan and sales strategy is crucial for target attainment.
- Key skills include self-motivation, knowledge of sales processes, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, strong negotiating skills, and excellent presentation skills.
- Internal and external cooperation are vital aspects of this role, including meeting or exceeding all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closes.
- Setting examples for other business development executives in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits is also essential.
- Maintaining contact with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction is critical to success in this role.
- Demonstrating ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees is also a key requirement.
