Your Key Objectives
">- New Business Acquisition:
- Research and identify high-potential clients within targeted industries, using data and insights to inform your approach.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns, leveraging a range of channels to engage with prospects.
- Qualify leads and develop compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our unique value proposition.
- Lead business development meetings, presenting our agency's capabilities and working closely with the Business Director to drive results.
- Monitor sales pipeline progress and stay focused on achieving annual targets, adapting your approach as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities, ensuring we remain competitive and innovative.
- Market Intelligence and Analysis
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth, using a range of data sources and tools.
- Analyze competitor offerings and develop strategies to differentiate our agency's services, highlighting our unique strengths and advantages.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with the Business Director and unit heads to develop and implement business development strategies and tactics, ensuring alignment across the organization.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, building strong relationships and trust through transparent and responsive communication.
- Performance Measurement and Reporting
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities and client interactions on our designated portal, using this data to inform future decisions and strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on business development progress and performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Work actively towards monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, sharing regular updates on achievements and shortfalls with stakeholders.
- Create business development plans and proposals to address gaps in our offerings, using data and insights to inform your approach.
Requirements
">- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, preferably in a creative agency or related industry.
- Strong understanding of our full-service offerings, including strategy, media planning, digital, technology development, social media, content production, PR, and creative communications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and pitches.
