The ideal candidate will conduct thorough research, identify potential clients, qualify leads, and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the organization. They will maintain accurate information on leads in the CRM system and assist in qualifying leads based on predefined criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research on target industries, companies, and key decision-makers.
- Identify potential leads through various online and offline channels.
- Send initial outreach emails or make introductory calls to potential leads.
- Support senior management in other aspects of business development as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in deal sourcing or business development, ideally in an investment environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand topics across climate, sustainability, and finance.
