About the Role

MISPL Telecom is looking for a Pre-Sales Associate to join our Multan and Lahore offices. The role involves supporting sales and technical teams, preparing proposals, coordinating with clients, and assisting in solution design for corporate customers.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with telecom/IT background and at least 1 year of relevant experience who want to grow in the telecom sector.

Key Responsibilities

Assist sales team in understanding customer requirements.

Coordinate with technical teams for proposals and solutions.

Prepare presentations, proposals, and basic documentation.

Support in product/service demonstrations for clients.

Maintain communication with clients during the pre-sales phase.

Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely responses.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecom, IT, or related field (MBIT / BBIT preferred).

Minimum 1 year experience in Pre-Sales, Customer Support, or Telecom.

Basic understanding of telecom services and fiber networks.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
