Salesforce Data Cloud Architect

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to join our team. As a key member of our data infrastructure team, you will play a crucial role in driving the integration, optimization, and maintenance of real-time customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) solutions to unify customer data across multiple sources, creating a comprehensive and unified customer profile.
  • Integrate and manage customer data from multiple sources into Salesforce Data Cloud, enabling real-time data processing solutions to support business needs.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and other third-party data systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Develop custom data models, workflows, and pipelines aligned with business objectives, guaranteeing high performance and scalability.
  • Utilize Salesforce APIs, Data Streams, and other tools to customize the data cloud experience, enhancing user engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Define ETL processes and integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external platforms, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, CRM teams, data engineers, and Salesforce consultants to align Data Cloud solutions with business needs, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in data architecture and software engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP), showcasing expertise in data modeling, integration, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in API integrations, event-driven architectures, and CRM data strategies, ensuring seamless integration with other Salesforce platforms.
  • Experience with cloud platforms is a plus, providing a competitive edge in cloud-based data management.
  • Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Commerce Cloud, driving business growth and revenue.
